Hai,if u had normal delivery u can do yoga and go to gym.otherwise consult ur doctor.they will teach u some excersie.

hai vinita, its simple but u hav to follow.im also trying this by going to gym.thr i do floor exercise for abs then abs in weights machine and controlled diet.im following this everyday.so follow this and it will help to reduce tummy.but get energetic food which need to do exercise.all the best frind bye
