Actually I am having tummy after my delivery. My mom says, ‘u didnt tie the stomach after delivery’. I didnt have time at that time along with baby care. So I left it.
Basically I m not fat and not slim (now ). While wearing saree now a days, it looks like as though I am 3 mnths pregnant. So I want to reduce my tummy.
Is exercise is the only way? Plz help me moms……..

when did u deliver ur baby?
exercise is the best way to reduce ur tummy.Follow diet with fat free foods if u r not feeding the baby.make it a habbit to go for a brisk walk everyday atleast for 1 hr per day.
