Two days my mother have fever so yesterday we went to hostipal for checkup that time we found she have 160 BP so i am very worry about this high blood pressure ,i know high blood pressure it is not good,we should be reduce but i dont know what she want to do and how to reduce high blood pressure ,only i know to avoid salt other than this any home remedies are avilable to reduce high blood pressure immediately ?please share with me…

Avoid salt,take medicines prescribd by the Doctor alone,avoid pickles …
Green Tea is believed to reduce Bp..but nothing immeditly reduces..visit doctor immediately..

avoid salt and chillies(green and red). And ask her to eat Banana regularly which controls bp very much and good for health. My father also has high bp.

I have heard about some remedies (not tried yet):
1) lots of water can be given to drink (with a dash of lime)
2) any drink with 1/3rd normal sugar or zero sugar will do!
3) Asking the person to go out for a walking!
4) Always carry a preventive medication handy right from the moment of meeting the medico after the first symptom.
5) Go for a SALT LIMITATION DIET with immediate effect

Immediate ah we cant reduce..It will take time but if we control our taste buds nd strictly adhere to the diet nd follow doctors’prescription,it can be controlled in atleast 6 months time
some of t things which i know are,
1.Daily Morning Afer Brushing,Do Idhayam Gingelly Oil -Oil Pulling method for atleast 6 months daily…It controls BP and Sugar.
2.Daily, konjam Poondu(7 r 8 Garlic) ah suttu Saapdunga
2. Drink lot of water..atleast 3 nd half litres per day
3 Avoid sugar,sweets,Salt,Chilly,Spicy Foods,Deep Fried Foods,coconut oil,coconut milk nd all Fat items
4 Take Oats nd Raagi Daily
5 Take Green Tea Daily(Dont add milk r sugar in it if u want good results)..Just Add Hot water in Green Tea..Green Tea taste will be bad only,But we hav to forget our taste buds for our good..
6 Take HorseGram Rasam nd Horsegram Kaadaichal often
7.Avoid Coffee,Tea nd Condensed Milk Products..U can Take Buttermilk nd Kolluppu Neeka patta Paal..
8 Avoid Mutton,Prawn and egg yellow part-yoke
9 U can take skinless chicken Kulambu,Fish Kulambu..Dont Take Fried Non Veg Items..
10.Reduce t amount of Rice,Instead Take lot of Vegetables nd Fruits
11.Immediately After r during taking lunch r Dinner r breakfast,dont drink ice water r cold drinks r ice cream..Ice water will solidify the food particles u ate nd ll slow up the digestion process..so after meals take little hot r warm water
12 Go for Walking daily atleast for 40 minutes…
13.Daily night before going to bed,take one glass of water.
Its quite difficult follow but we should make up our mind for good health..All the best..Take care..
