i gave birth to my 2nd child 2months back. i wanna know when can i start doing excersices bcoz due to breastfeed i’m feeling very much hungry n i’m eating double quantity than before. i wanna lose my weight as soo as possible. especially my tummy.
if urs is normal delivery ,u can start asap.if C-section,start after 3 mnths.u can eat now,becoz since u r breast feeding,ur calories’ll be used up.but try to cut up fats.take protein rich diet,
was that a c-section or a normal delivery?
