1. Type Appwiz.cpl in the Start button search bar and then hit Enter key to open programs & Features window.
And, look for the audio driver entry. Right-Click on the audio driver and then click the Uninstall option. 2. Click the Yes button if you see the confirmation box to uninstall the Audio driver.
After the driver is removed, reboot your computer
You can visit your device manufacturer’s website and download the latest version of the Realtek HD Audio Driver for your computer and then install the same.
