Pizza Burgers are definitely not a healthy food nd so the name junk food. Otherwise also having junk food regularly is bad and during pregnancy is a strict no no. Try to cut down on this junk food. If she really wants to eat such things she can prepare it at home which is much healthier and safe.

Sure, you can have a burger. Is burger and pizza safe during pregnancy? yes if taken once in a while the baby is only getting the broken down nutrients from you. Just make sure you have a balanced diet. Make sure you get some veggies and fruit too.try not to eat too much junk, its not bad but it’s not good either for you or your baby. They are safe. Just cook them correctly. I’m in the same boat.Frozen packaged prepared foods (like maggi and pizzas and things) tend to be pretty high in sodium, so aren’t great for daily long term use. But if that’s all you can eat, they’re fine.So Eating frozen packaged foods while pregnant is safe only after fully cooked.

Pizza contains rare, cold meat or undercooked meat, like salami, chorizo, pepperoni, Parma ham in their topping which can result in toxoplasmosis. It is an infectious disease which can cause severe damage to the baby.
Pizza also has shellfish toppings for example mussels, scallops & prawns which not cooked properly can lead to viral & bacterial infections. These can harm the baby.
Pizza contain a layer of soft cheese which is most than hard cheese. This makes bacteria to grow on it like Listeria. This can Listeriosis. Any small illness can be very harmful to the foetus.
It is not advisable to eat pizza during pregnancy.

While it is advisable to have home-made food during pregnancy, we do have cravings for restaurant food and nothing wrong in having a pizza or burger once in a while. The key here is eating in moderation.
Additionally things to be kept in mind regarding food while pregnant are
1. Does my food contain raw/undercooked egg/meat?
Raw/undercooked meat might contain harmful pathogens such as E.Coli and Salmonella which affect foetus
2. Does my food contain high sugar content?
High sugar content in food would affect weight f both baby and mother. Studies have shown high sugar diet during pregnancy might lead to obesity in children. If u have gestational diabetes, having sugar is a NO NO.
3. Does my food contain high calorie low nutritional items?
Having low nutritional food high in calories such as junk food prepared with all purpose flour/maida will contribute to weight gain in pregnant mothers leading to joint pain and fatigue
