pls don’t suggest diet chart, since it doesn’t worked for me. Also, no guesses, pls forward ur own experiences

With one C-Section.. my weight bloated to 5+ kgs than my exisiting weight. I found remedy in Yoga and in walking. I tried my own options of food rather than following a diet chart which is more prescribed. I was able to loose 1.75 kgs in the first one month with just Yoga.. I avoided most of the fried food… But I couldnt do away with the rice.. But ate that moderately.. Included more of green vegetables and lots of raw veggies.. really worked for me.. I lost 4 kgs in 3 months.. but now i am back to track as i am finding very little time to dedicate for these things.. Try it out for yourself..

Walking really helped me a lot. I lost 3 kg by regular walking. Early morning walk make my whole day fresh and active.

U can try VLCC or go for gym and have to follow strict diet

before you take anything, think and take. Every morning skip breakfast, take only a bowl of fruits. Lunch your own way. Night avoid rice. Finish yr dinner 2 houre before you go to bed. Daily walking for half an hour would certainly reduce weight. Sweets, fried items avoid. Always be relaxed. -kirupa

I have oats or ragi kanji daily for bfast.for lunch, 2 cups of rice alternatively.u can have wheat kanjiwith lots of vegetables.For dnner, use only wheat items like wheat dosai-2 or wheat uppuma 2 bowls or chapathi 2.
I tried this for 4 months and almost reduce my weight.Along with that, I also joined for weight loss programme.

KASHISH…BEFORE ANYTHING PLS FIND OUT THE REASON FROM A DOCTOR FOR YOUR MULTIPLE ABORTIONS…CHECK FOR ANY HORMONAL IMBALANCE…COMING TO WEIGHT ISSUE…DO NOT RESTRICT YOURSELF FROM EATING FOOD THAT U LIKE…IN CASE U LIKE PURI TAKE ONE PURI IN PLACE OF 4 OR 5… I HOPE UR ABLE TO FOLLOW WHAT IM TRYING TO CONVEY…THEN MAKE SURE U DONT EAT MORE THAN 1000-1200 CALORIE IN A DAY…DO ANYONE OF THIS – YOGA/WALKING/EXERCISE OR CAN DO YOGA ON MONDAY AND THURSDAY, WALKING ON SAT AND SUN AND EXERCISE OR THE REST OF THE DAYS…U HAVE TO FOLLOW THIS RELIGIOUSLY AND U CAN SEE RESULTS IN 2-3 MONTHS…
