Morning do aerobics for abt 30-40 min.
Then for bf take a bowel of sprouts and a fruit/veg. then have a glass of milk/buttermilk.
after 2 hrs,drink 1.5 ltrs of warm water.
2 chappathi with any veg. made for others and a cup of rice with dal or curd.After 2 hrs drink warm water abt 1.5 ltrs.
For dinner: 1 chappathi/1 dosa /2 idlies/fruits —either of one.
I mostly avoided choclates,fried items,pastries,sweets(occassionaly u can have)
But weekly once i use to indulge in eating my favourite .
I reduced 9 kgs in 5 months.im maintaining it.at any point of ur plan of diet,u shouldnt be hungry/tired.then ur diet is not correct.

Hi, I shed my post pregancy weight by going for swimming and long walks. I was not comfortable with gym or strict dieting. I ate normal breakfast, lunch, coffee, dinner.
If you dont want to regain your weight, stick to the regime you feel comfortable with. Never shop when you are hungry. If you go to a function, dont go with empty stomach.
Walking,Climbing stairs, swimming(very effective), eating food you like with little oil. Try being active. Eat dinner early to reduce that tummy.
Donts: If you starve, your body will start accumulating fat. If you over work your body, the pain will make you stop excercising and you will regain weight.
