Here are some of the exercises to do during her sex life.
Low side-to-side Lunge: Stand feet spread wide, bend at the waist, clasp hands in front of the chest. Shift weight to right leg while pushing hips backwards & lower body, bending your right knee. Right leg perpendicular to floor. Feet remain flat on the floor. Without pause reverse movement & raise to standing position. Repeat the other side.
Standing Hip Thrust: Step forward one foot, keep toes facing forward & knees bent slightly. Push your pelvis forward until you feel a mild stretch in hips. Don’t over do. Hip flexors attached inside legs in a way it takes little effort to stretch. Hold for 30 seconds.
Hinge: Kneel on floor with hands on the side. Rest weight on heels. Keep back straight and knees bent at 90 degrees. Keep head & spine in line with thigh, slowly lean few inch. Hold for 3 seconds & return back to starting.
Gluteal Bridge: Lie on the floor, arms at side, knees bent, heels on the floor. Lift hips off the floor until knees, hips & shoulders form a straight line.
Kinds of exercises to skip:
Too much exercise can lead to lowering sex drive. Too much exercise that leads to conditions akin to eating disorders or body dysmorphic disorder.
Diet to follow during exercise:
A diet rich in vitamins & minerals is essential, which regulates hormones of estrogen.
The following food is rich in estrogen peas, chickpeas, sesame seeds, flaxseed, dried fruit(like apricots, dates, prunes, etc).
