A pandan leaf Black glutinous rice 3/4 cups
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
White sugar 1/4 cup
Coconut milk 2 cups
Water 1 2.3 cups
Method for preparation:
Pour water into the saucepan.
Boil pandan leaf in water for few mins.
Add rice to the mixture. Stir with a ladle.
Turn down heat, put a cover over the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Take out the pandan leaf.
Add in brown sugar and white sugar.Stir well and cook for 5 mins.
Add in the coconut milk. Take away from heat.
