    Women in their 30’s start neglecting their fitness and diet and this in return not only hampers their diet but also their balance between their work and personal lives. Women in their 30’s tell that they do workouts in intervals, lift weights, and do brisk walking or running whenever they are free. They focus more on cardio exercises.

    40’s is the period of perimenopause. Women who are fit say that during their 40’s, women have to stay even more active and follow a strict diet. You cannot do the exercises which you were doing in your 20’s. Women share that in your 40’s you should avoid heavy weight lifting and focus on cardio exercises, aerobic workouts, walking, jogging, and lifting light weights. Women should follow healthy diet and avoid junk or spicy foods.

    According to women, your workout routines changes when you have reached your 50’s or 60’s. Women in their 50’s or above should do slow jogging, slow running in the treadmills, brisk walking and warm up exercises. They can follow healthy diet to stay fit.

    Lastly, age doesn’t matter, weather you are 20 or 50, you should make sure you are fit and healthy, by doing workouts, yoga and following a healthy diet.
