Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for the following: 

1. Relationship driven sales and Business Development

2. Understanding Huzzpa’s services and positioning them to the clients

3. Sales follow-ups to closure of sales cycle

4. Acquires new customers from an assigned geography, and/or a set of names prospects. · 

5. Leads & drives all aspects of the sales process 

6. Achieves assigned sales Targets 

7. Meets assigned expectations for profitability 

8. Achieves new account acquisition targets 

9. Interacting with customers and prospects is through face-to-face meetings, phone on regular basis 

10. Open to a lot of travel in the city (Field Job) 


Key skills 

1. 1-3 years experience in Sales & business development and Relationship Sales 

2. Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality 

3. Ability to work well under pressure and to work independently with minimal supervision 

4. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently 

5. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients 

6. Street-smart, Extrovert & good negotiation skills
