1. I have received a faulty / broken product. What should I do now?

At Bharat Moms, we focus on delivering the best products and services to our customers. In the unlikely and unfortunate event of a faulty or broken product being delivered to you or if a product delivered to you does not meet your expected quality, you can send them back to us for a replacement.

To get a replacement, please start off by emailing us at with the details of the product purchased, order ID, and an explanation of the problem with the product purchased. Our support team will recommend the right solution to the problem before sending a replacement product.

Returns and replacement queries must be raised to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

2. I have a complaint about my order. What should I do?

For all complaints and queries related to the order, email us at with the necessary details. Our support team will get in touch with you.

3. Will I get a refund if I return the product I ordered?

Yes, you will get a refund after deduction of shipping charges. You need to ship back the product to our warehouse within 7 days of your receipt of the product.

4. How do I return a Bharat Moms product that was ordered in a different online marketplace or offline shop?

If your product was not ordered on, please follow the return and refunds policy of the store where the product was purchased.

 5. Can I exchange my order for a different product?

No, we do not have exchange against another product at this point of time. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product and place a fresh order for the other product.

6. Can I cancel an order that I placed before the product is delivered?

Yes, you can cancel the order before the product is shipped from our location.If the product is already shipped and you still want to cancel then it would be treated as a returned product and will follow the rules applicable to a returned product.

 7. When will my amount be credited back into my account after I cancel the order?

We intend to credit your money to your account within 7 working days from the date of cancellation as per banking regulations. Please contact us if your money is not credited within 7  days from the date of cancellation.
